We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If a product isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item with everything it came with, ideally in the original packaging, and ship it with tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping
If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost. If your order arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll cover it. Send us a photo or short video of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Condition
Returned items should be complete, with all included parts, and free from damage beyond normal use.
